Miraciel Return & Withdrawal Policy

Right of Withdrawal

Depending on your location and applicable consumer protection laws, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or withdrawal, items must:

  • Be unused and unopened

  • Remain in their original packaging

  • Be in a condition suitable for resale

These requirements are especially important for beauty, skincare, body care, and other hygiene-sensitive products.

For customers in Canada, return and withdrawal rights may vary depending on applicable provincial and federal consumer protection laws. Products that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from their description may be eligible for a return.

Refunds

Once your return has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note:

  • Eligible refunds may include standard shipping charges

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected

The time it takes for a refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened or used, including:

  • Opened or used skincare and body care products

  • Hygiene-sensitive products with broken protective seals

  • Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order items

We may also be unable to accept products that cannot be safely resold due to their condition. This does not affect your rights if a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Unclaimed or Refused Deliveries

A handling fee may apply to orders that are:

  • Refused upon delivery

  • Not collected from a pickup location

  • Returned because of an incomplete or incorrect shipping address provided at checkout

Any applicable fees will be communicated to you where required.
